骆占斌，男，1991年9月生，汉族，博士，讲师。2014年西北农林科技大学土地资源管理专业本科毕业，2019年中国矿业大学土地资源管理专业硕士毕业，2023年西北农林科技大学土壤学专业博士毕业。
研究方向与兴趣：
国土空间保护与修复，水土资源高效利用，生态碳汇
